Orders are usually processed within three business days, however new productions may take up to 3 weeks to process.

Charge Holds:

When you place an order online, your credit card company typically places a “hold” on the card for the total amount of purchase plus a bit more than the final amount. Although the company may place a “hold” on your card in any amount that they choose, it is impossible for us to charge your credit card for more than the amount of purchase. The software that we use through the Yahoo store will not allow us to alter the dollar amount of your order. Credit card companies typically release the “hold” with 48 hours of the transaction.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be calculated based on your "ship to" address. All items are shipped from Sacramento, CA. The UPS option is only available to customers within the continental United States. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.

Tax:
With the exception of ticket sales, California residents will be charged applicable sales tax.

Shipping Terms, Order Adjustments, and Cancellations:
In stock items are typically processed and shipped in approximately 3-4 business days, however it may take up to 3 weeks after the first airing to ship orders for DVDs of new productions.

Order Adjustments: If you need to make an adjustment to an order and it has not shipped, please contact KVIE at 916-641-3500 as soon as possible.

Defective Items: If an item is defective please contact KVIE to request a replacement.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled if a product has not shipped by calling 916-641-3500. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, it must be processed as a return.

Returns: Returns may be accepted within 45 days if the item is in new condition, unopened or unworn, and the item is able to be put back into KVIE's inventory. Close-out items make not be returned.

Exchanges: An exchange may be made within 45 days for only the cost of shipping, handling, and any difference in price of the items exchanged. To exchange an item, please mail it back to KVIE with a written description of the item you wish to receive. If there is a price difference, you will be contacted by KVIE for credit card information. KVIE does not store credit card information, we cannot make adjustments without contacting you. Items are only eligible for exchange if the original product is in new condition, unopened, unworn, and the item is able to be put back into KVIE's inventory. Close-out items make not be returned.
