Orders are usually processed following business day, but can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process.
Charge Holds:
When you place an order online, your credit card company typically places a “hold” on the card for the total amount of purchase plus a bit more than the final amount. Although the company may place a “hold” on your card in any amount that they choose, it is impossible for us to charge your credit card for more than the amount of purchase. The software that we use through the Yahoo store will not allow us to alter the dollar amount of your order. Credit card companies typically release the “hold” with 48 hours of the transaction.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be calculated based on your "ship to" address. All items are shipped from Sacramento, CA. The UPS option is only available to customers within the continental United States. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
Tax:
With the exception of ticket sales, California residents will be charged applicable sales tax.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If an item is defective please contact KVIE and request a replacement. Orders may be canceled if product has not shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, it must be processed as a return.
